The luminous living room and dining area are furnished for relaxation, featuring a dining table for four, comfortable modern seating, including a pull-out queen bed sofa, and a large smart TV for entertainment. Finally, step out onto your private east-facing balcony as the perfect spot to savor your morning coffee or to gaze at the stars while enjoying the marina's allure with the intercoastal as a backdrop.
Your Master Bedroom is a haven of comfort, featuring a luxurious King-sized bed, high-end linens, a spacious dresser and convenient walk-in closet. The en-suite Master Bathroom offers all-new fixtures and a new soaker tub with shower. Perfect for relaxing. Leave the towels to us and enjoy our complimentary amenities. In the service/guest hallway discover a full-sized washer and dryer in their own closet. So convenient for all those beach towels!

Residents of Marina Village enjoy a wide range of resort-style amenities, including a beautiful gated swimming pool area with jacuzzi a fitness center, entertaining room and theatre room. These amenities contribute to a vibrant and active community atmosphere. Finally, you will enjoy a designated parking spot in an access-controlled garage, conveniently located near the unit.
Rules to Ensure Blissful Stays:
• No Animals Allowed: Due to association policies, pets/animals are not permitted. Any violation will result in eviction, and no refunds will be issued. A $750 cleaning fee will apply.
•Service Animals / ESA: All service animals or emotional support animals (ESA) must be disclosed to the host at the time of booking and to the HOA at the time of application.
• Vacation Insurance highly recommended
• You are accountable for any property damage during your stay
• Children over 3 welcome.
• No Smoking in the unit or on balcony (Risk of eviction and no refunds will be given with a $750 cleaning fee)
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: Before 11:00 AM (Guest’s will be charged $50 for every 30 minutes Guest stays past 11 A. M. We ask you to please follow the check-in and check-out times. )
• Landlord assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. There will be a $25. 00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at Guest’s request. Management shall not be held liable for condition of said items. Any items not claimed for longer than 30 days, may be donated or sold.
• Minimum Age of Lead Guest 24 and must be staying in the home for the entire stay.
• Quiet hours from 11pm until 7am.
• Landlord accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury or loss sustained by guests or any other visitors while in the property, or for any loss or damage caused to any personal property brought to the premises. No responsibility is accepted for any death, illness, loss or damage to property and/or motor vehicles.
We provide a seamless self-check in experience and respect your privacy throughout your stay. Our team is readily available should you need anything, from local recommendations to assistance during your visit. You set the level of interaction, and we are here when you need us.
$200 Non-refundable HOA Application fee (For single or married couples with the same last name or presenting marriage certificate. If an applicant cannot provide a marriage certificate and has a different last name $265.) Application is completed on-line using TenantEval and the link to access the application will be sent out at the time of booking.
Security Deposit: Tenant shall pay a $1,000 refundable security deposit to Landlord prior to arrival. Provided there are no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, or violations of the rental agreement, the security deposit will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after the checkout date.
