Rules to Ensure Blissful Stays:
• No Animals Allowed: Due to association policies, pets/animals are not permitted. Any violation will result in eviction, and no refunds will be issued. A $750 cleaning fee will apply.
•Service Animals / ESA: All service animals or emotional support animals (ESA) must be disclosed to the host at the time of booking and to the HOA at the time of application.
• Vacation Insurance highly recommended
• You are accountable for any property damage during your stay
• Children over 3 welcome.
• No Smoking in the unit or on balcony (Risk of eviction and no refunds will be given with a $750 cleaning fee)
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: Before 11:00 AM(Guest’s will be charged $50 for every 30 minutes Guest stays past 11 A. M. We ask you to please follow the check-in and check-out times. )
• Landlord assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. There will be a $25. 00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at Guest’s request. Management shall not be held liable for condition of said items. Any items not claimed for longer than 30 days, may be donated or sold.
• Minimum Age of Lead Guest 24 and must be staying in the home for the entire stay.
• Quiet hours from 11pm until 7am.
• Landlord accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury or loss sustained by guests or any other visitors while in the property, or for any loss or damage caused to any personal property brought to the premises. No responsibility is accepted for any death, illness, loss or damage to property and/or motor vehicles.

$150 HOA Application fee through Tenant Eval website, which will be provided at the time of booking.
Security Deposit: Tenant shall pay a $1,000 refundable security deposit to Landlord prior to arrival. Provided there are no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, or violations of the rental agreement, the security deposit will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after the checkout date.
